Vinaigrette Sauce
Ingredienti
- 2/3 French dressing
- 2 teaspoon ground parsley
- 2 teaspoon groung shallots or onion
- 2 teaspoon capers
- 1 hard-boiled egg, sieved
Procedimento
Mix the ingredients well together e chill.
Note
This sauce is used on cold asparagus, brains, pig's feet etc.
